Print Design · Case Study
Elevate Auto's sales team was doing great work, but handing out generic business cards that looked off-the-shelf. We built a premium print kit that made the brand match the vehicles they were selling.

Design to print delivery
Elevate Auto is a premium pre-owned dealership that prides itself on a different kind of buying experience — transparent, consultative, and client-focused. But their sales materials told a different story. Business cards from an online template service. Letterhead that didn't match. No consistent look across the team.
In luxury sales, the details matter. When a client walks away with a generic business card after a premium experience, there's a disconnect. The collateral wasn't holding up its end of the brand promise.
"Our clients expect a premium experience from the moment they walk in. The business cards we were handing out didn't reflect that at all. It was embarrassing, honestly."
We started by understanding the experience Elevate Auto wanted clients to have — before, during, and after the sale. The print materials needed to feel like an extension of that experience: confident, premium, and consistent across every team member's kit.
We designed around a dark-on-dark palette with a cyan accent line — sophisticated without being flashy. The business card spec called for a thick matte black stock with spot UV on the logo mark, creating a tactile impression that clients would notice when they picked it up.
In the quarter following the print kit rollout, Elevate Auto's close rate improved by 22%. The sales director attributed part of this to the team feeling more confident presenting their materials and clients perceiving a higher level of professionalism throughout the process.
"The cards alone changed how clients looked at us. You hand someone a thick matte card with a spot UV logo and they notice — it sets a tone. The whole kit made our team feel like they were representing something worth representing."
Your print materials should work as hard as your team does. Let's build a kit worth handing out.
