Brand Identity · Case Study
Shoreline Property Co. was doing great work but their brand looked like every other realtor. We rebuilt their identity from scratch — and their clients noticed immediately.

Concept to final delivery
Shoreline Property Co. was closing deals in one of California's most competitive real estate markets. But their brand — a generic wordmark, stock photography, and inconsistent business cards — made them indistinguishable from any other boutique agency on the block.
The problem wasn't the business. It was the first impression. Potential luxury clients would meet the team, be impressed by their knowledge and network, then visit their website or receive a business card and feel a disconnect. The brand wasn't communicating the quality of the service being sold.
"We were winning clients despite our brand, not because of it. We knew we needed to look like the firm we actually are."
Brand work starts before we open a design tool. We spent time understanding Shoreline's positioning, their ideal client profile, and what made their approach to real estate different from the competition. The goal: create a visual identity that communicated trust, exclusivity, and expertise at a glance.
We developed three distinct brand directions before presenting concepts. The chosen direction centered on a sophisticated navy and gold palette — timeless, coastal, and premium without being ostentatious. The logomark incorporated the initials SPC inside a refined circular seal, nodding to the established, institutional feel of high-end real estate firms.
Within 60 days of the rebrand launch, Shoreline Property Co. had onboarded three new luxury clients — each citing the firm's "polished, professional look" as a factor in their decision. Average listing value increased 35% as the brand began attracting higher-value properties.
"I came in with just an idea and walked away with a full brand identity that I'm actually proud to share. Joe asked the right questions and pushed back when needed — and the result speaks for itself."
A strong identity opens doors before you say a word. Let's build yours.
